In order to study the galaxy luminosity evolution and the star formation history up to z>>1, a software to estimate photometric redshifts of faint galaxies has been developed; this revised version of the software will use a complete set of theoretical synthetic spectra (Bruzual & Charlot 1998), and it will be used to determine photometric redshifts from optical/near-IR survey as well as from the HDF-South, the EIS survey and the VIRMOS deep survey.
