The quest for dark energy is shedding light on aspects of gravity
that only a few years ago were out of observational reach.
In this talk I focus on some theories of modified gravity (including
scalar-tensor models, f(R) lagrangians, models that violate
the equivalence principle, extra-dimensional models) and discuss
how current and future experiments can constrain their parameters.
