I shall briefly review the latest results on clusters of galaxies from the 
SESTO meeting and also describe the recent findings on radio 
galaxies' interactions with the ICM from LOFAR. 
The resulting theoretical discussion will center on the implications for 
feedback in cluster and galaxy formation and the particle acceleration 
of the highest energy cosmic rays.
