We combined proprietary and archival HST observations to collect a
sample of ~30 early-type galaxies (ETGs) at 1<z<2 with spectroscopic
confirmation of their spectral type and with NICMOS observations in
the F160W filter sampling the rest-frame R-band at the redshift of the
galaxies. We derived morphological (effective radius and surface
brightness) and physical (luminosity and stellar mass) parameters and
we studied the main scaling relations of these ETGs at z~1.5. In this
talk I will present the results of this analysis.
