AGILE is a Small-Size ASI mission devoted to the study of sources in the energy range 30 MeV - 30 GeV and 18 - 40 KeV and has already completed three years of operations in orbit. I will review the scientific results obtained so far on the study of Galactic sources, blazars, gamma-ray bursts, super-novae remnants, pulsars and pulsar wind nebulae, and terrestrial gamma-ray flashes. I will concentrate on the multi-wavelength campaigns performed in conjunction with ground- and space-based observatories, obtained thanks to the very fast dissemination of the gamma-ray analysis results.
