The Workshop will be held at the Hotel Riva del Sole of Castiglione della

an ancient and picturesque seaside town in the province of
Grosseto (Tuscany), Italy, known for its history and for its beatiful
beaches.
A social tour to a local renowed cellar for wine and olive oil tasting
is planned for Wednesday, September 18th, followed by the conference
dinner in a nearby typical restaurant. The registration fee (300 EUR)
will be inclusive of the half day excursion and the conference dinner,
as well as welcome cocktail and coffee breaks during the conference.
People who will not attend the tour, but wish to join us at the
conference dinner will pay a reduced fee.
