• Plenty of information on how to reach Castiglione della Pescaia and the Hotel Riva del Sole can be found at the Hotel's Web-Site en.rivadelsole.it/where-we-are.html.
  
• From Rome: If one lands in Rome, the best solution is to reach the city of Grosseto

• From Fiumicino Airport (FCO) one can either take a taxi (30-60 minutes - price approximately 50 EUR) or a train (35 minutes - the train station is almost in front of the international arrival terminal. The price is around 16 EUR) to Rome main station (Roma Termini).
• There are frequent trains from Roma Termini to Grosseto, and it takes between 1h30 and 2h30 depending on the train ("Frecciabianca", i.e. fast, vs. "Regionale", i.e. commuter train). Have a look at the website www.trenitalia.com a few months before the meeting to check the actual schedule and book.
• The Hotel is 22 km away from Grosseto. We recommend a taxi. Otherwise, by bus, check the schedule at www.ramamobilita.it/bw_public/percorso.php typing "Grosseto PS" as the starting point (PARTENZA) and Riva del Sole (ARRIVO)

• From Florence:
• From the airport, reach the main train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN). Local bus timetable: www.aeroporto.firenze.it/en/passengers/from-to-the-airport/bus.html
• Take a train to Grosseto. The ride takes more than 2 hours and implies a connection in Pisa (or Livorno, Siena). Have a look at www.trenitalia.com for schedules and fares.
• From Pisa: Take a train from Pisa Aeroporto to Pisa Centrale and then from Pisa Centrale to Grosseto (about 1h30 the fastest train)
